The owners of Belsyde House & Farm which is a beautiful country property forming a diversified farming unit, set in a picturesque location, benefitting from an elevated position with views across the surrounding countryside. In all the property extends to approximately 98.12 acres (36.70 ha). Belsyde House is steeped in history, being the residence for Colonel Islay Ferrier. EW&D have tastefully restore the traditional windows in the property, We have added concealed draught proofing increasing the thermal efficiency of the windows. There were a number of broken panes that have been replaced with traditional crown glass. The windows were fully stripped of paint, repairs were done with repair care resin products. The ironmongery was replaces as it was beyond reasonable repair. The customer opted for antique brass. The windows were also fully re painted, re weighed and brought back to working order again.
