About This Project
Fraser Suites Edinburgh is one of Scotland's most prestigious serviced apartment hotels, occupying a Category B listed building in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre.
Edinburgh Windows & Doors was commissioned to restore and upgrade 156 sash and case windows across the property — a complex, phased programme delivered without disrupting hotel guests or operations.
All windows were manufactured to exact replica profiles, with heritage-approved slim-line double glazing throughout. The project required full coordination with Edinburgh City Council conservation officers and Historic Environment Scotland.
Delivered on programme and to budget. This remains one of the largest heritage window contracts completed in Edinburgh in recent years.
